I have such a hard time commenting on your site! Is my computer special or what? There are these weird pop-ups, and then it won't let me type in the box, so i just give up. But back to the topic at hand. I used to get the absolute worst migrains until I narrowed down the possible triggers, and as it turns out I'm allergic to sunflower. Crazy, huh? Hope you feel better!
I am so sorry you are going thru this now. No one understands how bad they are unless they actually get them. I hope you are in a nice quiet dark room my friend. Try and get some sleep, but not too much because that can make them worse or rebound them. I am sure you know that already. :bighug:. Be well
